What is White Timber’s Seating Capacity?

Our main tasting room, The Timber Room, can accommodate up to 60 people.

Our White Room rental space can host up to 140 people.

Our outdoor patio can seat up to 60 people and we have plenty of space on the lawn with picnic tables, fire rings, and more.

How much does event space cost?

Private Celebration Events

To reserve a date, a deposit (non-refundable) of $200.00 is required. A non-wedding event is limited to a total guest count of 90 people. The White Room can be rented for a minimum of three hours and a maximum of four hours. The hourly rate is $150.00-$225.00 based on the specifics of the event, time of year, and the number of guests. We do not require you to purchase a per-person drink package, but we do require that all beverages by purchased from White Timbers. We have a full liquor-permit and offer beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.

Larger events (91-140 guests) will be handled in the same manner as a wedding reception.

Weddings & Receptions

Weddings and Wedding receptions are full-day rentals and you will have access to the property from 10:00 am onwards. Pricing and amenities will be discussed at the tour and consultation. We always strive to achieve the desired vision of the bride and groom.

All event rentals require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to hold the date. A tour and consultation will be scheduled for all rentals.

Do you require a Security Deposit for rentals?

Yes, we require a security deposit that will be returned if no damages are incurred and all venue rules are followed. Event Guidelines will be provided at the tour and consultation meeting and are outlined in the event contract.

How much will my Wedding and/or Wedding Reception event cost?

Weddings and Wedding receptions are full-day rentals with a 140 guest count limit. Pricing and amenities will be discussed at your private tour and consultation. We always strive to achieve the desired vision of the bride and groom.

Do you require a deposit to reserve a booking date?

At the initial booking, a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required for special event bookings to secure the date. Wedding and/or Wedding Receptions require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to secure the date.

Are there any additional wedding venue charges?

All details of a wedding and/or wedding reception will be discussed and outlined in the tour and consultation as well as detailed in the event contract and appendix. A list of available amenities and those fees will be provided at the tour and consultation and are specific to the vision of the bride and groom.

Can the wedding ceremony and/or rehearsal dinner be held in the same venue?

Yes, We have plenty of space for either an indoor or outdoor wedding. There is an additional fee of $500.00 to hold the wedding on-site. The rehearsal dinner can be held the night before the wedding if the venue is available or it can be held on the Thursday evening prior to the wedding. We request a minimum reservation time of two hours for the dinner. The hourly rate ranges from $150.00-$225.00.

Can I book the entire property?

Yes, the entire property can be reserved. All details regarding this option will be discussed at the meeting and tour of the facility.

Does White Timber’s have adequate parking to host my event?

Ample parking is available on a stone drive (parking lot) and grass overflow area. There are handicap accessible spaces available on site.

Will the venue have other parties or events on the property at the same time as my event?

Every effort will be made to make sure your event feels separate and doesn’t overlap with another event reservation. If your event is during our Timber Room open hours, there may be other guests on site at White Timbers. However, you can book the entire property to prevent any other activities on the property. How do I pay for my rental?

All event space contracts are payable by cash or check. Beverage service billing on the day of the event is payable by credit card, cash or check.

Is there a coordinator or point of contact the day of the event?

Yes, we have an event manager. The event manager will be your point of contact in the preparation stages of your event and will be the point of contact on your special day.

Are there additional amenities/extras offered?

We are happy to accommodate special requests if possible. Pricing for extra services and supplies can be discussed with your event coordinator during your tour and consultation visit.
